O’Flynn Construction developed Ballincollig Town Centre. It is a commercial, housing and retail project developed on 65 hectare site of the former Barracks at the satellite town of Ballincollig, west of Cork City .
While working at BSM (Brady Shipman Martin), Noranne was the main landscape architect on this ambitious project. Following the development of the overall Masterplan, Noranne carried out detailed design, Tender documents and site supervision on the landscape works, including residential areas and courtyards, Barracks Square , Front Plaza and general street infrastructure.
